What is cienaCesMplsAssociatedBfdSessionFaulted?
This indicates whether the BFD session monitoring this associated tunnel is currently reporting a fault, meaning BFD has detected a loss of connectivity on the path it's watching. Because BFD is designed to detect failures faster than the tunnel's own oper-state mechanism, an admin can see this flip to faulted before the tunnel's oper state itself changes, giving an earlier warning of an impending failover. For example, this flag going faulted milliseconds before the associated tunnel's protection state flips to active on the backup confirms BFD did its job of triggering a fast switchover.
