This is the IP address of the next-hop router that this manually-configured unidirectional tunnel is pinned to send traffic toward, set explicitly by the operator rather than computed via RSVP-TE signaling. An admin double-checks this value after any topology change, since -- unlike a dynamic tunnel -- this static entry will not automatically re-signal around a failed next hop; it will simply stop working until someone updates it. For example, if the intended next hop of 192.168.10.1 becomes unreachable after a link swap, this tunnel stays configured to that dead address until the admin manually corrects it.
