An admin names this decap tunnel entry to match its corresponding encap tunnel at the far end, so the two halves of the same one-way LSP can be correlated when troubleshooting. For example, a decap tunnel named static-uni-branch42-uplink-decap corresponds directly to the encap tunnel named static-uni-branch42-uplink at the head-end, letting the admin match both ends of the same LSP.
