Description: Indicates whether tunnel reversion is turned on/off for this encap tunnel.

What is cienaCesGmplsDynamicIngressUniDirTunnelReversion?

This indicates whether automatic reversion back to this dynamically-signaled tunnel after recovering from a fault is enabled, the same setting available on static tunnels but here interacting with the LSP re-optimization behavior a signaled tunnel can also perform independently. An admin considers both settings together, since a dynamic tunnel might re-optimize onto a better path even without a full reversion event, making this setting specifically about failing back to this exact original tunnel identity rather than just any good path. For example, reversion enabled here means once this exact tunnel's original signaled path recovers and stabilizes, traffic explicitly switches back to it rather than staying on whatever backup or re-optimized path is currently in use.
