What is cienaCesGmplsDynamicIngressUniDirTunnelProtectionState?

This reports whether this dynamically-signaled tunnel is currently standby or active in its protection pairing, distinct from its nominal role, so an admin can catch a signaled failover that hasn't reverted even automatically. Because dynamic tunnels can support automatic re-optimization, a stuck standby state here (unlike on a static tunnel) may resolve itself once the network re-converges, which changes how urgently the admin needs to intervene. For example, a primary-role dynamic tunnel stuck in standby state might self-correct within the LSP re-optimization interval, whereas the equivalent situation on a static tunnel would require manual action.
