Description: Indicates the holding priority of the dynamic encap tunnel.

What is cienaCesGmplsDynamicIngressUniDirTunnelHoldPriority?

This is the holding priority (0-7) this dynamic tunnel uses to determine how resistant it is to being preempted by a higher setup-priority LSP once it's already established -- a lower hold-priority number means the tunnel is harder to bump off its path. An admin sets a business-critical tunnel's hold priority low (numerically) specifically so that, once established, it resists being preempted even by other high-setup-priority tunnels signaling later. For example, a tunnel with hold priority 0 stays in place even when a new tunnel with setup priority 0 tries to signal over the same congested link, since its hold value gives it maximum preemption resistance.
