What is cienaCesGmplsDynamicIngressCoroutedTunnelUsedBandwidth?

This reports the bandwidth, in kbps, actually being used by live traffic on this tunnel, as distinct from the reserved/committed bandwidth which may be higher to leave headroom. An admin compares this used value against the current reservation to judge whether the tunnel is appropriately sized or significantly over-provisioned relative to real traffic. For example, a used bandwidth of 40000 against a current reservation of 65000 suggests this tunnel could potentially be downsized without risk, freeing capacity for other tunnels on the same link.
