What is cienaCesGmplsDynamicIngressCoroutedTunnelReversionTimeout?

This is the hold time, in seconds (1-65535), this dynamically-signaled co-routed tunnel waits after recovering before reverting to active, applying to the entire bidirectional circuit as a unit. An admin sizes this to filter out a flapping primary path before committing the whole two-way circuit back to it, since a premature reversion on a co-routed tunnel disrupts both directions at once if the primary re-fails immediately. For example, a reversion timeout of 90 seconds here means the primary path for this circuit must stay stable in both directions for a full minute and a half before the whole circuit switches back.
