What is cienaCesGmplsDynamicIngressCoroutedTunnelProtectionState?

This reports whether this dynamically-signaled co-routed tunnel is currently standby or active within its protection pairing, independent of its nominal role, letting an admin detect a failover that hasn't reverted for the whole bidirectional circuit. Because this tunnel can also auto-reoptimize, a stuck standby state here may self-correct as the network reconverges, unlike the equivalent static-tunnel case which needs manual intervention. For example, a primary-role dynamic co-routed tunnel stuck in standby that resolves on its own within the LSP re-optimization interval confirms the network healed itself without admin action.
