What is cienaCesGmplsDynamicIngressCoroutedTunnelOperState?

This reports whether this dynamically-signaled co-routed tunnel is currently up, meaning RSVP-TE signaling succeeded for the whole bidirectional path and both forward and reverse forwarding state were installed together. An admin treats a down state here as affecting the entire two-way circuit at once, and diagnoses it by checking RSVP-TE signaling logs in addition to the data plane, since a co-routed dynamic tunnel can fail either at signaling time or after installation. For example, an admin-enabled co-routed tunnel that stays oper-down should prompt checking whether RSVP-TE could even find a path satisfying the co-routing constraint (same route both ways) given current link states.
