Description: Indicates if Lsp-Reoptimization is enabled or disabled for this tunnel.

What is cienaCesGmplsDynamicIngressCoroutedTunnelLspReoptimization?

This indicates whether LSP re-optimization -- the process of periodically checking for a better path and re-signaling onto it if one is found, even while the current LSP is healthy -- is enabled for this tunnel. An admin disables this on tunnels where a make-before-break re-signal, even if seamless in theory, carries unacceptable risk for a sensitive service, preferring the current path stays fixed until an actual failure forces a change. For example, a tunnel with re-optimization enabled might periodically shift onto a shorter path as the topology improves, while one with it disabled stays on its originally-signaled path indefinitely even if a better route becomes available.
