What is cienaCesGmplsDynamicEgressCoroutedTunnelAdminState?
This shows whether an operator has administratively enabled or disabled this decap tunnel. Flipping this to down does not delete the tunnel's configuration, but it does stop the device from accepting and decapsulating labeled traffic on it, so any packets that still arrive tagged with this tunnel's label get dropped until the tunnel is re-enabled. During a scheduled maintenance window, a tech might set this to down(2) on tunnel 'AUS-OKC-T-03' to safely pull it from service before a card reseat, then set it back to up(1) afterward.
