This is the numeric LSP identifier that uniquely distinguishes this particular label-switched-path instance of the tunnel. Because a tunnel can be re-signaled with make-before-break (building a new LSP instance before tearing down the old one during a path change), a single tunnel can briefly have more than one LSP ID active at once, and this value is what lets you tell which specific instance a given set of statistics or a given trap actually refers to. During a path re-optimization, tunnel 'AUS-OKC-CORE-04' might briefly show LSP ID 29147 for its new path alongside the old instance's ID until the old one is torn down.
