This is the name of the partner tunnel that this tunnel is paired with for protection switching. Knowing the partner's name lets you jump straight to the other half of a protection pair when diagnosing a failover, instead of having to search the whole tunnel table for whichever tunnel happens to share this one's protection group. Backup tunnel 'LAX-PHX-BKP-01' might list 'DAL-ATL-PRI-01' as its protection partner, i.e., the primary tunnel it stands ready to replace.
