Description: This setting only applies to modems that have BPI enabled. When set to false(2), CPE learning is enabled during registration when BPI initialization is initiated for those modems using BPI. When set to true(1), CPE learning is delayed during registration until BPI initialization is complete for those modems using BPI. For modems not using BPI, CPE learning is enabled when registration is complete.
What is cadSysDelayedCpeLearning?
Controls the timing of CPE MAC address learning for BPI-enabled cable modems, either allowing it during registration or deferring it until after BPI initialization completes. Delaying CPE learning can prevent premature address table entries for modems that are still in the BPI key exchange process.
