This object is only meaningful when atmScheduledSPVpcOperationIndicator is set to create(1). If no value is supplied is the default value for atmSoftPVpcRetryInterval used for the SPVP.
What is atmScheduledSPVpcRetryInterval?
Read-write setting controlling how many seconds to wait before retrying a scheduled Soft PVP connection after a failed setup attempt; zero disables retries.
