Description:
An arbitrary integer which, in the case of the source VPL having a atmVplCastType of 'point_to_multi_point_root', serves to distinguish between the multiple leaves attached to a root of a point-multipoint Soft PVPC. Since point-to-multipoint Soft PVPC's are not supported, use 1.

Read-write value used to distinguish between multiple leaves attached to a point-to-multipoint root for a scheduled Soft PVPC connection.
