If this object is set to true(1), the network is requested to apply the UBR.1 conformance definition.
What is atmfVpcBestEffortIndicator?
Indicates whether this ATM virtual path connection is running as a best-effort (no guaranteed traffic contract) connection when no CLP/SCR traffic descriptor is set; a false value means the network requires a specific service guarantee instead.
