What Is ASCEND-MIBINTEGRITY-MIB?

ASCEND-MIBINTEGRITY-MIB is an Ascend proprietary MIB for data integrity verification and checksumming on Ascend WAN access equipment, tracking link-layer data integrity check failures. It exposes counters for integrity/checksum errors on WAN links. Its monitoring role is a software/link-health error counter rather than a physical hardware sensor, flagging data corruption occurring across a WAN link. No clear dependency on other standard MIBs is evident from the available description. It was deployed on legacy Ascend WAN access/remote routers, where ASCEND-MIBINTEGRITY-MIB SNMP monitoring flagged link-layer data integrity check failures.

IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in ASCEND-MIBINTEGRITY-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor.
