Description:
tSharedQueueCIRLevel specifies the level of priority to be used by the parent entity to compute the priority of this queue when the traffic is conforming to the committed rate.
The level '0' means treat all offered load for this queue same as the load which is exceeding the committed rate.
What is tSharedQueueCIRLevel?
Configures the scheduling priority level that the parent scheduler applies to this shared queue when its traffic rate is within the committed information rate (CIR). A level of 0 treats in-profile and out-of-profile load identically.
