What is tSapIngressRowStatus?
Controls the lifecycle of a SAP (Service Access Point) ingress QoS policy entry; deleting this row also removes all dependent rows in the SAP ingress queue, DSCP, and Dot1p classification tables. Management systems use this to provision or tear down complete ingress QoS policies on a service interface.
