Description:

What is tSapIngressQueuePoliced?
When enabled, instructs the hardware to drop any out-of-profile traffic (traffic exceeding the CIR) that would otherwise enter this SAP ingress queue, effectively policing the queue to its committed rate. This overrides the administratively configured CIR, enforcing strict rate compliance.
