the value of tSapIngressMatchCriteria is set when the first match criteria table entry is created. the value is set to none(3) when the last criteria table entry is removed.
when tSapIngressMatchCriteria is set to ip(1), no tSapIngressMacCriteriaTable entries can be created. when set to mac(2), no tSapIngressIPCriteriaTable or tSapIngressIPv6CriteriaTable entries can be created.
What is tSapIngressMatchCriteria?
Indicates whether the SAP ingress policy classifies traffic by IP header fields (using the IP criteria table) or by MAC-layer fields (using the MAC criteria table). This read-only value determines which classification table the policy consults when processing incoming packets.
