What is tNetworkQueueCIRWeight?
This OID sets the priority weight for a traffic queue when bandwidth sharing below the committed data rate threshold. It controls fairness when multiple queues compete for bandwidth. A carrier would tune this value higher for premium customer traffic to ensure they get more bandwidth when the network is lightly loaded.
