What is tNetworkEgressFCDEMark?
Controls whether the DE (Discard Eligible) marking flag is enabled for frames in this forwarding class on network egress. When set to false, DE marking is disabled, but this requires that tNetworkEgressFCForceDEValue be cleared to -1 first.
