What is tFilterRUTTimeout?
This timeout value specifies how many seconds the system will wait for a response from a remote host when performing Reverse-path lookups or host validation. If no reply arrives within this window, the host is marked as unresponsive. A network operator configures this to balance fast failure detection against false positives on slow links.
