What is tFilterRUTDropCount?
This object specifies how many consecutive failed requests to a destination must occur before that destination is considered unreachable. An operator configures this threshold to control the sensitivity of route detection; higher values tolerate more transient failures. This is used in a Reachability Update Table (RUT) mechanism to determine when to mark a route as unavailable.
