What is alaIPv6InterfaceReachableTime?
Reports the computed time (in milliseconds) that a neighbor reached via this interface will remain in the reachable state before transitioning to stale, in the absence of further reachability confirmation. This value is derived as between 0.5 and 1.5 times the configured base reachable time.
