Category: Products/Registration

Description: Registers product identifiers for the Adtran Atlas family of WAN access and DSL platforms.

Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.

What Is ADTRAN-ATLAS-PRODUCTS-MIB?

This MIB module defines the object identifier (OID) registration tree for ADTRAN's Atlas family of WAN access and DSL platforms, including the Atlas 800 and Atlas 800 Plus. It does not expose operational or configuration data itself; rather, it is a product-identity/registration module used so that other MIBs and the sysObjectID value can uniquely identify which Atlas hardware model is running. As such it has no direct role in monitoring hardware or software runtime status -- its purpose is purely to enumerate and register distinct Atlas product variants under ADTRAN's enterprise OID branch. It depends on the SNMPv2-SMI enterprise OID structure and is referenced by ADTRAN's other AOS/Atlas MIBs whenever they report sysObjectID. It is used across ADTRAN Atlas WAN access/DSL device deployments purely for device-model identification during SNMP discovery. Engineers can download the ADTRAN-ATLAS-PRODUCTS-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.

IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in ADTRAN-ATLAS-PRODUCTS-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.

Supported Devices

  • ADTRAN Atlas WAN access/DSL platform (e.g., Atlas 800, Atlas 800 Plus)

Monitoring Examples

This is a product-identity registration module, not a runtime data MIB -- it defines OID values like adATLAS800 and adATLAS800Plus that appear as a device's sysObjectID, but exposes no pollable status or performance objects, so no monitoring scenario applies.
