What is zxAnQosAclCMinTimeElapsed?
This value reports how many seconds have elapsed since the start of the current one-minute ACL performance measurement window for this rule. An admin uses this to gauge how much of the interval the accompanying zxAnQosAclCMinPkts and zxAnQosAclCMinOcts counts actually represent, since a partial interval isn't directly comparable to a full prior minute. For example, a value of 45 means the current minute's counters only reflect 45 seconds of traffic so far.
