What is zxAnPppoeSnoopingVlanRowStatus?

This RowStatus object controls creation and deletion of a PPPoE snooping VLAN entry, supporting only the createAndGo and destroy actions; reads always return active(1). An admin enables PPPoE snooping on a given VLAN by creating a row here, and removes it by setting zxAnPppoeSnoopingVlanRowStatus to destroy(6). For example, setting it to createAndGo(4) for VLAN 100 turns on PPPoE session monitoring for subscribers in that VLAN.
