zxAnPonProtectGroupNextIndex

Module: ZTE-AN-PON-PROTECTION-MIB

OID (symbolic): ZTE-AN-PON-PROTECTION-MIB::zxAnPonProtectGroupNextIndex

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.1082.500.5.1.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Description: This object contains the value to be used for zxAnPonProtectGroupId when creating entries in the zxAnPonProtectGroupTable. The value 0 indicates that no unassigned entries are available. To obtain the value of zxAnPonProtectGroupNextIndex for a new entry in the zxAnPonProtectGroupTable, the manager issues a management protocol retrieval operation. The agent will determine through its local policy when this index value will be made available for reuse.

What is zxAnPonProtectGroupNextIndex?

The next available group ID an admin should use when creating a new entry in zxAnPonProtectGroupTable; a value of 0 means no unassigned IDs remain, and the device determines internally when a freed index becomes reusable.
