zxAnMldBandwidthCtrlEnable

Module: ZTE-AN-MLD-MIB

OID (symbolic): ZTE-AN-MLD-MIB::zxAnMldBandwidthCtrlEnable

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.1082.60.2.2.2.1.3

Description: Enable/disable the multicast bandwidth control. enabled(1): the multicast traffic on the user port will be checked before user attempts to join a new multicast group. If the total multicast traffic on the user port has exceeded the configured rate of port, the user will not be allowed to join. disabled(2): the user may join any number of multicast groups eventhough the total multicast traffic on the user port has exceeded the configured rate of port.

What is zxAnMldBandwidthCtrlEnable?

This enables or disables multicast bandwidth control on subscriber ports: enabled means a join request is checked against the port's configured multicast bandwidth limit and rejected if it would be exceeded; disabled lets a user join regardless, defaulting to disabled. An admin enables this to enforce zxAnMldIfBandwidth limits and prevent one subscriber from oversubscribing shared multicast bandwidth.
