What is paramClientState?
This device's current state with respect to storing parameters at a server: other, idle (no update in progress), several internal states with no meaning to the manager, hold (deliberately pausing to avoid updating too often), or retry (waiting to retry after a failure), matching the 'Storage State:' field in the PARAMETER SERVER display. Admins mainly watch for retry or a stuck internal state as a sign the device is having trouble saving its configuration to a parameter server.
