What is latGroupPurge?
Controls whether the server automatically deletes all node table entries whenever latServiceGroups or latPortCurrentGroups changes. An admin enables this so that group membership changes take effect immediately by forcing rediscovery, rather than leaving now-inapplicable node entries cached.
