What is latCircuitTimer?
Sets, in milliseconds (30-200), how long the terminal server buffers port input data before sending it on to the host. An admin lowers this for more responsive interactive sessions at the cost of smaller, more frequent packets, or raises it to batch more data per packet on links where overhead matters more than latency.
