Description: An index value that uniquely identifies an Ethernet interface. The interface identified by a particular value of this index is the same interface as identified by the same value of ifIndex.
What is etherMulticastIndex?
A read-only integer that uniquely identifies an Ethernet interface in this multicast-statistics table, using the same numbering as the standard ifIndex. This lets an admin correlate the multicast byte counters in this table with the same physical interface elsewhere in the MIB. A row with etherMulticastIndex 1 corresponds to the same physical interface as ifIndex 1 in the standard interfaces table.
