Usage: This queue path SHOULD be the one normally used in a command shell for control of this queue.
Usage: When a remote management station (client) creates a row in 'xcmSvcMonQueueTable' (via 'xcmSvcMonQueueRowStatus'), this queue path SHALL be specified.
