Description: Specifies the attachment point for the policy associated with the statistics collected when using the policy accounting schema. This object is ignored if acctngSelectionSubtree is not set to usdAcctngSelectionSchemaPolicy.
What is usdAcctngSelectionPolicyType?
This value specifies the attachment point of the policy whose statistics are being collected under the policy accounting schema, and is ignored unless that schema is in use. An admin sets this alongside usdAcctngSelectionPolicyName to tell the system exactly where in the configuration the named policy is attached, such as on an interface or a subscriber. Without a correctly matching attachment type, the referenced policy's statistics would not be located correctly for collection.
