What is usdAcctngSelectionPolicyName?
This value names the policy whose statistics should be collected when the selection entry uses the policy accounting schema, and is ignored otherwise. An admin sets this to point accounting collection at a specific traffic policy, such as a QoS or filter policy, rather than collecting per-interface statistics. For example, setting usdAcctngSelectionPolicyName to 'CUSTOMER-QOS-POLICY' collects statistics specifically for that named policy's matched traffic.
