What is tnWtocmChanInfoProcessingState?

This read-only enumeration (default notProvisionedAndNotPresent) reports the combined provisioning and Wave-Key-processing state of this channel, spanning combinations like provisionedAndConfirmed (channel provisioned, power present, expected keys confirmed) through to provisionedAndHardwareFault; an admin uses it as a single field to triage what's happening on a monitored channel without cross-referencing several other objects.
