What is tnSwCardReleaseDir?
This sets the directory containing all release files for a per-card software load (absolute if starting with a forward slash, otherwise relative to the release root); reads always return an empty string and the value is not persistent. A technician sets this, together with tnSwCardControl (value load) and tnSwCardBankToLoad, to point a specific card's software load at the correct release files.
