What is tnOthOdukTtpDegM?
Sets how many consecutive bad seconds (configurable 2-10) must occur before the entity declares a signal-degrade defect, and how many consecutive good seconds are needed to clear it again -- effectively the sensitivity/hysteresis of degrade detection.
