The lower bound of the allowed gain range used by the amplifier's power management logic for this signal port, in hundredths of a dB, with card-specific ranges and defaults (e.g. 0 to 2500, defaulting to 700, on an A2P2125 port 1). Admins tune this floor so automatic power management never drives the amplifier's gain below a level that would leave the span under-compensated.
