The upper bound of the gain range used by power management for the amplifier module's output port on a MESH4 mesh card, in hundredths of a dB, configurable from 700 to 2400 with a default of 2400 (the maximum). Admins tune this ceiling so automatic power management on the mesh card never exceeds this gain level.
