What is tnAmplifierMeshCardCommonEgressPower?
The default per-channel egress (output) power target for a MESH4 mesh card, in hundredths of a dBm, configurable from -1000 to 1000 with a default of 100. Admins set this common target so every wavelength channel leaving the mesh card is launched at a consistent, predictable power level.
