Description: Number of Channel Changes, in Auto-Tuning mode only, since the AP containing this radio became operational. Note that manual channel changes are not counted.

What is trpzApStatRadioOpStatsMacAutoTuneChannelChangeCount?

Counts how many times this radio has changed channel automatically under auto-tuning, since the AP became operational, on this radio, identified here by its base MAC address rather than by AP serial number and radio number. Manual channel changes are not counted here, so admins use this specifically to judge how often the self-tuning RF management feature is reacting to interference or a busy channel.
