Description: The RSA key fingerprint configured on this AP (binary value: it is the MD5 hash of the public key of the RSA key pair). For directly attached APs the fingerprint is a zero length string.
What is trpzApStatApStatusFingerprint?
This is the MD5 hash of the AP's RSA public key, used to verify the AP's identity when it connects to the controller over a network link. Admins can compare it against a known-good value to catch a rogue or swapped device impersonating a trusted AP. For directly attached APs there is no such key exchange, so the value comes back as an empty string.
