What is tmnxPortEtherNwAggRateLimitPir?
Sets the PIR (peak information rate) portion of the aggregate network rate limit, in kbps (-1 to disable, default, or 1 to 10,000,000), on a hybrid port. Works together with tmnxPortEtherNwAggRateLimitCir to define a two-rate rate-limiting profile for the port's network-side traffic.
