What is aluExtPethPsePortFaultReason?

Reports why a PoE port's power detection failed, e.g. hicap (high capacitance), rlow/rhigh (resistance out of range), open (open circuit), tstart (startup failure), or pdeny (power denied); none(1) by default when there's no fault. An admin checks this when a connected PoE device isn't powering up, to see exactly which electrical condition the PSE detected as the cause.
